“Gratitude can transform common days into thanksgiving, turn routine jobs into joy, and change ordinary opportunities into blessings.”

-William Arthur Ward

Our thoughts matter.

We spend every minute, hour, and day immersed in our thoughts.

It is our thoughts that shape our beliefs and create our reality.

We have an opportunity to become aware of what we focus on, observe our thoughts with curiosity, and become empowered to shift, to learn, to be authentically ourselves.

  • Check-in with yourself by asking the below questions and reflect.

Are you free to be your authentic self?

How could you love yourself more?

How can you support your body today?

    What are you thankful for?

  • Strive to listen with respect and an open mind.

Observe judgmental thoughts with neutrality and curiosity.

Do your best to not cast judgement or shame on yourself if you observe an unkind or judgmental thought.

    Inclusion | Diversity | Equity

  • Know your worth.

    Believe your value.

    Be brave, be you!

Breathe into Gratitude

Place a hand over your heart, and the other hand on your stomach.

Take the biggest breaths of the day - inhale | exhale - repeat.

With each breath - think of something you are thankful for.

  • send gratitude to every cell of your body

  • thank your body for all it does

  • thank yourself for taking a moment to connect to you & your breath

Smile. Today’s going to be a great day!

You are strong. You are brave. You can do anything.
